Learn the Coffee Grinder from the Russian Dance!

The Russian dance is one of the most beloved pieces of The Nutcracker. After all, the composer, Tchaikovsky, was Russian and the music is based on the trepan, a traditional Russian and Ukrainian folk dance. There always seems to be an extra dose of love and energy in this piece, and the choreography is often known for its athleticism. Here, a few of the boys of Centralia Ballet Academy demonstrate so you, too, can do the coffee grinder at home. But remember: safety first!
